Whole-Home Treatment
Professional chlorine dioxide treatment is released throughout the property, including air, surfaces, hidden areas, and HVAC systems for complete coverage.
Source Identification
We identify problem areas such as flooring, subfloors, walls, HVAC systems, or contamination zones that may require additional attention.
HVAC/Ductwork Treatment
The HVAC system and ductwork are treated to help address odor trapped within vents and circulation systems.
Pre-Treatment
For severe contamination, we may pre-treat flooring, baseboards, crawlspaces, or problem areas before the full treatment begins.
Final Treatment & Walkthrough
Once treatment is complete, we finalize the process, verify results, and ensure the property is safe for reentry.
