The laundry room wasn’t quite right after the first go round, and he worked around my schedule to come back and get it done again (the room had a very difficult smell and it is significant better now). The scent was in the upholstery, the ventilation system, and everything that had been in the car at the same time as the dog. Corey answered my call on the first try, and miraculously had same-day availability to take care of it. Within an hour and a half of my phone call, he was arriving at my house (where the car was—I didn’t have to get back in it to drive it to him), and starting the treatment. It took about an hour to complete, but Corey was self-sufficient during the process so I could keep working while he was. After it was all done, the car smelled heavenly. No overpowering chemical smell or trace of skunk anywhere in the car, or in any of my belongings inside the car. Super nice guy, extremely helpful & professional, excellent work. I spent two months cleaning, fogging, spraying odorcide, carpet cleaning, running ozone machines, etc.  Nothing I tried made any dent in the odor.  Showing after showing commented on the smell.  My realtor suggested Ascent.  I called Cory and he knocked it out in a day.  After he fogged the house, the first showing resulted in an offer and we are now under contract.
